    Adjust oven racks to the middle and top positions and preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces if necessary. Pick and roughly chop dill fronds. Zest and quarter lemon .

    Toss broccoli on one side of a baking sheet with a drizzle of cooking oil , salt , and black pepper . Spread fingerling potatoes and green beans on the remaining space. Place steelhead trout on top, season with salt and pepper, and dot with butter . Roast in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily and vegetables are tender ⏱️ 15 minutes .
